  I’ll give the salon two stars because of the interior design. That’s it. When you walk in it’s small, cramped, packed and hot. I’m not sure if there’s AC in this place, but it was like HOT. You have to walk straight to the back to speak to someone at the receptionist desk through all the chaos. That alone is a hassle because someone is blow drying and cutting hair in arms length to your left and someone is doing pedicures to your right.. CRAMPED. Next, I get to the register and tried to schedule to get my nails done. I see it was busy, and the receptionist told me “they probably won’t be able to help you” and went to ask the nail techs if they could and they said no which is fine because I was a walk in and it was busy, but the receptionist never said “hey let’s schedule you for an appointment” or made no suggestions at all to have my business so I left. Nobody spoke to me on my way in or out. Nobody greeted me. Nobody cared. Definitely when the other review say unfriendly and cocky that is for sure the vibe. That’s a truth. Oh and nobody answers the phone. You have to leave voicemails and they call you back which is annoying.

  Love this salon! Everyone is super friendly, not pretentious and can have cucumber water, tea, wine or coffee when getting hair or nails done. Felicia is awesome for cut or color and Jimmy or Connie for nails. Or visit Arnaud, who is French, and only cuts Hair! He's absolutely darling!

  I went to this salon to get a quick consultation about getting ombre and the hair stylist that I talked to pretty much told me not to do it because it would not be worth it. Getting ombre is something that I have always wanted to do but I felt so discouraged after talking to her. Instead of giving me other suggestions or why it would not be worth doing it, she just told me not to do and made me feel really bad about it. Poor customer service, unfriendly, and somewhat cocky.

  From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly. I arrived a little bit early, and they had a small bar area where they offered me a free drink while I waited (lemon water, wine, tea, coffee...they had a nice list!) My stylist Emily spent time with me to ask about what I wanted done, and then offered her suggestions based on some questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some specific maintenance advice given my hair's natural tendencies and type. I felt really comfortable, and I learned a lot about my hair just with that one short visit. And she did a great job...I love my haircut! I'll definitely be coming back :)
