::Do you like friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff? Do you like places where the servers take pride in the services they provide? Take pride in the food they serve you? Then, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE! Every time I come here, usually the drive-through, the person on the other end always seems like I'm a burden to them. Very short and uninterested in my questions or my order. I recently ordered a sack of ten cheese burgers. Simple enough, right? Whoever filled my order decided to just throw a handful of raw onions into the bag, on top of all my burgers. Needless to say, all the boxes and the bag were soaked in grease from the onions... if i could rate them a zero, I would have... I avoid this place like the plague.

::One of the nicer White Castles I've been to. Cashier was very friendly and attentive. Those sliders are awesome and the new sloppy Joe sliders are pretty good too. I only get these when I travel to MN once every year or two so this was a special treat.

::How can they mess up a simple gut bomb? Food is cold and stale, no pickles or condiments on gut bombs. Wow, you also get rude service. This used to be one of the better white castles . Don’t waste your money or time here, BTW you will be in line for at least 20 min even if no other cars in line.

::We ate at the restaurant. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly. The sliders and fries were great, but we wouldn't order the chicken rings again. My only negative comment is that the parking lot needed to be plowed and shoveled, it was hazardous trying to get into the restaurant.
