  Always fresh and correct. One fast food restaurant I go to that I don’t have to worry about missing items. Staff has been nice and not too bad of a wait.

  Very slow through drive-in even though I had ordered via their app. My main reason to try them was because I had never eaten there and had to, on account of their Harold and Kumar status. Tried their signature sliders - they were pretty good. Very basic - no frills, but the cheese and pickles took care of it.

  Always Hot food. Level of Accuracy With Orders is Fairly Impressive to say the least. But , the Speed of Service is Where I usually have an issue. If you don't have 15-20 MINUTES to spare, DO NOT go here during PEAK Hours. But the food taste great and the service is friendly and accurate. Worth the Price.

  Decidedly different vibe than some of the larger, more well known national chains. White Castle is mostly regional, but very popular. These guys practically originater the slider! Service was fast and friendly. Facility appeared clean, neat and orderly. Location is very convenient with lots of parking.

  Fast service. Friendly and helpful staff. Food prepared perfectly to our order. Kitchen and serving counter looked clean and well organized. Dining room wasn't very tidy at late night visit. Area by napkins and Big Red dispenser had trash on the counter, not in the can, and was very sticky, looking dried like accumulation over time not just one person's mess. Restroom also wasn't very clean.
