  I just spent 15+ minutes at the drive thru there. There was one, ONE, car in the order line in front of me and one at the window paying. It was at least10 minutes to get to the intercom to order and once there the server asked me to wait some more. I waited another 5 minutes and l left never having ordered anything. This is the second tome with an unexplainably long wait. It will also likely be my last trip to this restaurant. Management of this place is obviously lacking.

  It’s not quite the White Castle of my Louisville childhood, but this chain has come the closest of any I’ve experienced to modernizing while remaining true to its beginnings. It’s extremely rare to have a negative experience at the E. Reynolds Road location. The only chain where I enjoy waiting in line inside and watching the employees assemble the familiar little burgers. It’s easy to know I’m in WC because it’s not unusual to see people dressed in the finest, most expensive duds standing line with - me.

  Still standing waiting for anyone to even acknowledge me much less take a order. I understand that they want 11.00 hr an can't even put a straw in a bag for a drink.
