The sight was level! There is a pool that we didn't get to use, laundry facilities that we did use and a bath house. Some reviewers complain that there is only one bath house for all 80 sites, but we never had a problem having to wait. Most of the units here are large and self-contained and probably never use the bath house anyway. All of the staff were extremely friendly!

Still relatively quiet, but is getting more condensed and not a lot of space. Price is a bit much for what you get. Good for over- nighting and very short term. Vehicles are starting to park in between RVs and can be a damaging problem as time rolls on.

This is the perfect small RV park with easy on and off the I-10. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The park is kept very clean. We stayed with a monthly rate that was very reasonable. We have recommended the park to other RV friends who stayed and agreed, it's five star.

Friendly park managed by very nice people who are accommodating to their guests. Spotless bathrooms which are very large with a big shower. Laundry room is well kept. Grounds are well kept. Would definitely come back again. No complaints. 😎

Tucson is a very nice city and bike friendly. We had four nights with Anna here and enjoyed our stay. Anna was most welcoming and supplied us with handy tourist information. The park is fairly quiet, just the odd rumble of trains nearby but no horns ! There are only two toilets/showers but they are clean and well maintained. The laundry is good. Sites are larger and not so condensed as other places. Highly recommend and so much to see and do- great cycle ways too.
