  This is by far the worst! And I mean the worst fast food experience that I have had in the last 25 years of my presence on this earth! I’ve never ever been subjected to this much bafoonery since the last presidential election. I am currently sitting, stuck, in this drive through as I type this elongated rant about, again, the worst customer experience ever! The fact that I have the ability to type this much and STILL be in line should be baffling to anyone reading this! After 1 hour of sitting idly scrolling through Instagram stories, Facebook posts, tweets, and even my own damn personal email, we still have not made it through this damn line!

  First timer from NJ. I get the obsession now! Service was friendly and great. The manager personally recommended what we should try as Whataburger virgins and even provided some complimentary milkshakes (salted caramel was awesome; didn't think it would work as a shake). As a "Yankee", I found the only choice of tea being Sweet as comical 😁.

  Very nice ppl. Too nice, actually. They checked on me 3 times in 10 minutes. I had to tell them, "I appreciate that you're trying to make sure your guests are happy, but I will let you know if I need anything."

  My husband and I just visited here- I have a cold, and the nicest person ever (Melchi) gave me a free milkshake so that I could feel better! It was such a delight and surprise for us to meet such a pleasant worker. My husband says that he didn’t know he could like whataburger more than he already did, but he loves it even more now. 10 stars for this location!!

  TERRIBLE LATE NIGHT DRIVE THROUGH. Placed an order, they weren’t even close to getting it right. Granted, it was late at night 2am (and in drive through), but we placed two orders total. It wasn’t like we had a full car with all separate orders. They got maybe 25% of our total order correct. We went home with a lot less food that what we paid for. I understand that mistakes happen, but we literally ordered two meal combos (that’s it), and they forgot to pack so much of our order in our bags. Won’t be coming here again.
