  The atmosphere is great..the food not so much, my friend had the seafood Creole, I had the shrimp gumbo they both had the same taste.. tomato paste with no flavor. The shrimp was seasoned well but did not complement the rice and sauces...we left very dissatisfied with our meal. Server Jack was a delightful fellow.

  I have been here many times in the past. I decided to have lunch on this visit and did not have the best experience. I ordered blue cheese stuffed burger (well done) with tater tots. What I received about thirty minutes later was a burger almost raw in the middle and onion rings. I send it back for another ten minutes to get cooked properly. All this for a timed lunch break from work. Not doing this again.

  We do not live in Memphis, but we visit once a year. Last year we went to Westy's and loved it, so we decided to go back this year. We did not have the same pleasant experience this time! We waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to even come to our table. After taking our order, she brought some of our drinks. We had to remind her to bring the rest. She brought one person's food after about 10 minutes. It was at least 20 more minutes before the other 5 people's orders came. One order was wrong and another was burnt. The waitress did not come back to check on us. When we needed something, we had to wave her down. I am sad to say that we will probably not go back.

  Cool low-key late night spot with great food. They have over 200 items on the menu AND they'll cook whatever you want how you want it until 3a! Service is phenomenal.
