  I actually live here! Relatively quiet place kind of noisy on the weekends but great neighbors. Corn vendors, Ice Cream vendors, Ice cream truck comes around. Only bad thing about it is, the parking in the back. Uber please go to the back of these trailers there's double exits. Thanks!

  Its a good place to live but sometimes the management make complicated , they change rules pointless and tow cars for no reason !!

  Extremely happy with new management! Terry has been nothing but helpful. I was completely ripped off $500 by the old managers and she was helpful and kind enough to look into this matter. Old management was horrible, over charged people, never sent rent statements on time, charged many late fees, never provided receipts for anything even after multiple requests and they were only demanding and strict with those who confronted them about the injustices they did with some tenants. Couldn't be happier with this new management.

  New management sucks ass! Towes cars but provides no parking anywhere.
