  Dr. Sharon Gannot is horrible. Do not go to this doctor unless you want sarcasm and rude behavior with your visit. Very arrogant with an elitist attitude. I didn't know you can give a prognosis without taking vitals. The receptionist and her nurse were excellent. If you don't want to treat minorities or what you perceive as less than, please state that in your bio. I will be reporting you to the state medical board.

  While the staff and doctors are excellent, their prices are outrageous. Before insurance, I was charged over $300 for a basic office visit. Normal prices range from $60-$120! I find this predatory, and will not be returning.

  I came here on a Saturday morning to check on feet injuries I sustained the day before and they took me in without an appointment. They had x-ray machines to check my injuries and they accept all major insurance. The staff and the doctor I saw were professional and helpful. I always have a good experience at a Westmed office. The offices are clean, comfortable and conveniently located. And everyone I have interacted with at a Westmed clinic has been friendly and professional.

  I visited West Med in Greenwich after a sinus infection that left me in severe pain and dizzy and nauseous. After explaining my symptoms and that I have had many previous sinus infections that were treated by antibiotics the doctor decided that I should go home and use over the counter meds to treat the infection. What did I just wait and pay for? No antibiotics? West Med has turned into every other medical practice that doesn't want to treat the patients pain but NOT BE SUED. The nurse also tried to get blood from me and was poking at me like a pin cushion. Instead of asking someone else to try she insisted that only SHE would try to get blood again and I refused. So she belittled ME saying that I was acting like a child. I told her "I gave you a chance and you obviously can't get the job done. Please don't insult me for your errors" she then threatened that I would have to sign papers that I was refusing medical advice which never happened. She was threatening me like I was a child. I had a sinus infection not a stroke. Please don't visit this place to waste your time and money when there are so many walk in doctors these days.
