  stopped in westlake hardware looking for some brackets to hang a wire rack. was asked by a female employee if I was finding what I needed I replied nope. she just kept on walking and offered no help at all. great employee you have there. you might want to encourage them to listen and respond when asking a customer a question. I left and went to Home Depot to get what I needed.

  Its a hardware store with very knowledgable and freindly people. Dont see what you need, just ask.

  Sometimes it can be hard to find someone to help in the store but other times there seems to be too much help. If you need someone, walk to the front of the store, there is always someone there to greet you when you walk in. The store has things you need around the house and things that can be hard to find other places. The tool selection is a bit small but the hardware and plumbing part selections are great.

  could be a bit more friendly. sure beats home depot as far as knowledgeable staff.

  Definitely the best place to go if you need service. Staff is always friendly knowledgeable and most of all available!
