  I do not recommend this office after using their dentist for twelve years the office manager made a decision to put money before the needs of the patient. I was a patient of this office until I went in because I was having pain in my back tooth right away the dentist and office manager instructed me the tooth needed to be removed and I would need 2 implants. I trusted them initially but was concerned after being pressured for a down payment. I paid $1000 down for the implants based on trust I had established in the office while Dr. Benson Chen was practicing there, needless to say he is no long working there. I went home and the next day my tooth was no longer in pain so I received a second opinion from another local dentist. It was determined the pain was a fishbone was stuck in my gums temporarily inflaming my gums resulting the pain I was feeling. I went back to Western Dental Corona and told them I did not want to move forward with the extraction and implant. The financial advisor said I would receive a my $1000 back in a check through the mail, well it never happened. I went to the office trying to resolve the issue with no success and called requesting a call back from Cathy the office manager with no call back received. I was forced to file a dispute with the credit card company to finally get my money back. Now Western Dental is trying to bill me $1000 for God only knows what. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If looking for a dentist I strongly recommend bypass this office your money is more important than making sure you receive the proper treatment.

  I had such a bad experience here , I usually go to the WD on Riverside and had like the work there. The dental assistance who took my X-rays was nice, but once the dentist came in she was rude. She was an older Indian lady and was very rough while examining me, she said my x-rays look good and I had no cavities, but still due to my complaint of sensitivity on my molar I might have gum disease and was going to send a request for my insurance to approve a deep cleaning , she said" I don't think it will approve it but oh well" than wanted to sell me a treatment for $1050 dollars that wasn't covered by my insurance, and her and the medical assistant looked bothered when I denied it, she said you can do payments you don't have to pay it all now. My previous dentist told me my teeth are in good condition and it all looked fine, but they were just trying to charge me. oh yeah is a business!

  Brenda the front desk clerk is such a pleasant and kind woman, she explained everything in detail for me that I needed to feel comfortable with my daughters dentist experience, the ortho also does a great job with her braces. I highly recommend this location.

  Just had my dental cleaning today and I have to say everyone at this office has exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, the front desk is welcoming and very nice. I did have a long wait time to get seen, but I wasn't upset. We have to understand everyone is short staffed, so when I asked for an estimated time they were quick to get a response and I appreciated it so much. I suffer from severe anxiety and as much as I tried to convince myself and my nerves to relax it was near impossible for me. The dentist was extremely calm, respectful, understanding, and very sympathetic towards my anxiety. When the dentist realized we needed a little help to easy my anxiety she had one of the dental assistance come in( so upset I didn't get her name, she was the BEST!) and together they worked as a team to make me feel, as comfortable as possible and I couldn't be anymore thankful for that experience. Sometimes, it's hard to explain the ptsd and it's hard to control it and embarrassing at times, but it feels so great when you have such an understanding care team. Overall great job to this amazing staff.
