  The office was clean and the staff polite and friendly and very professional. They worked quickly and professionally as a team. I could hear them communicating as they went from patient to patient. For me it was amazing to be served by a young black doctor. That seldom happened in my 77 years of life. So thanks western dental for ethnic diversity. It means a lot to a neighborhood of color.

  I hate western dental because of this office. I paid for a service that came with follow up visits and was never seen . Wow . To top that off I chose them through my jobs insurance only to be treated like I have none. They made an appointment with me after a year . I get there only to be told the doctor was not covered with my insurance. Horrible. I called for weeks to see when I would be seen . To this day still have not . No one reached out to me or has let me know if the doctor is qualified yet . I give up I'm switching with my insurance and never going back.

  Today’s visit was great. Marlon was kind and very informative on the information asked of him. Also, my appointment was at 1:00pm but I arrived 10 minutes late and was still out the office before 2:00pm. I absolutely love the fast and friendly service at this office location in Compton.

  Mrs Lucy did a outstanding job . Very professional and kind so helpful. If more people were like Mrs Lucy in the world the would be a better place. She was very very helpful .

  Brought mom in today. We received a call a day before moms appointment to give us a heads up to anticipate on a long wait period since it was moms first appointment. Moms appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and we were out at 1:00 p.m. we planned ahead so we were not concerned about that. Mom was called in and taken care of. The Dr. and staff were courteous and thorough on process, options and answered all our questions with kindness, and good positive vibes! It was the best experience we’ve had at a dental office! Love This place and the people that create a positive, welcoming environment! My gratitude to Everyone For Taking Care Of Mom! 🙈
