  Waited 30 minutes past my 3 PM appointment for them to give me paperwork to fill out, only to discover that it'd be another 1 to 2 hrs before they could see me. Won't be getting my dental work done here.

  Terrible. The office is slow and the front desk has an attitude. Worst place ever. Needs to be shut down.

  Very professional which also includes some really personal touches. The way their system works is quite efficient in my experience. There are several different specialist to address one's reason for visiting the dentist in the first place. Each professional from front desk to other areas of expertise is skilled in customer care all the way through to scheduling next appointments and what to expect. This kind of experience is special and quite different to me because in past dental experiences there has generally been only one person (the dentist) doing everything. With this system it seems to work for the good of all involved. With each person having a speciality in different skills there seems to be a time to really think about what the person needing the professional attention gets a full bodied experience of their own particular needs. Thank you for such professionalism and care of and for each patient.

  Western Dental is the worst least organized office in the entire the first world. they will give you the runaround they will not have their act together. they will waste your time.
