::It was busy when I went on a Saturday morning at 8 AM and there was a number of patients there waiting to get checked in but everybody was taken care of very quickly and I was called back and other patients were called back very quickly as well, very professional, front office and back office, staff are very detailed about the information and treatment, I personally always have good experiences at this location, downtown Bakersfield, Western Dental. 👍🏼👍🏼😀

::My mom is elderly and I took her in for her dental appointment. This has been the best experience we’ve had at a dental office. The staff is amazing! Front desk ladies were very helpful and patient. Special shout out to Ballen & Gina. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom was well taken care of. Thank you all for taking such great care of my mom. We really appreciate you!!!

::The customer service is amazing! The front desk ladies are helpful and patient. The one that went above and beyond for us was Miss Gina! I know it’s a dentist office, but she made us feel welcomed and everyone carries a non-judgmental attitude. Miss Gina explained everything thoroughly and it shows that she truly cares about the patients. Thank you so much Miss Gina and staff for such great service! I recommend this place to anyone! My daughter felt calm and less scared than anywhere else she’s been.

::The only reason this place is getting two stars is because the staff was polite. When I walked in I thought it was the summer of 2020 all over again. I thought it was odd when I was called for my appointment reminder that they were still wearing masks but I was fine with that. There were 4 chairs in the waiting room! People were sitting on the floor! After literally standing there for 20 minutes after my appointment time I decided to leave. They make you sign a form that you won't sue for malpractice ahead of time...that's shady. Also shady was the sign that reads No Photography. I've never seen that in a doctor's office. Why? Have they had issues where people were trying to record something for some reason?
