::Haven't even been here yet and I hate it. Called to ask questions about whether they take my insurance and was stuck on hold for 6 mins, then when I got a person she transferred me immediately to a different department. When the other person answered I was trying to ask questions and she hung up on me because I told her I already knew how my insurance worked and was just looking for a dentist at this time that would work for me and had more questions and then CLICK! End of conversation because it didn't go her way. That's not customer service, that's serving herself and unnaceptable. You don't just hang up on people in the middle of questions.
