  Do not go here unless you have an emergency or it is your only option for insurance. Even if you have an appointment you always wait around an hour to be seen. There are always different excuses being given. They need to work on coverage and timing. Worst dentist experience. You wait in the waiting room and in the exam room forever.

  Still waiting, 3 hours later, for my prescription to even be called in. I received zero notice they were still waiting. I'm in serious pain and have an infection capable of spreading. They don't care how long it takes on their end and they will not communicate with you. I was told it would take 1 hour. It's been 3 and I only found out they were never able to call it in until I called them back. The only reason why I went there was for an emergency. Not even my actual dentist and never will be. That's what happens when you go to a chain organization for dental care, I guess.

  Even though the wait was terrible, it was worth it. The Doctor was so kind and compassionate! She was wonderful👍

  Hello, I will leave positive review for my visit a month ago. I had doctor Gellad. She is a good doctor, very caring doctor. Usually I had someone who is doesn’t care at all. She was with me about 40 minutes with , did cleaning herself and did more then I expected. She spent good amount of time with me checking my ex-rays and looking at my teeth. I didn’t had this kind of service ever. I was in western dental before and bright dental clinics. Hope she will be working there when I will come next time. Super happy customer.

  This is the best dentist I've ever gone to, no pain when she shot the anesthesia. Dr. Bartkowsi is absolutely the best dentist ever. I'm recommending my mom to see her for sure.
