::Horrible customer service, the front desk girls are extremely rude and unprofessional, you would think that because it was a "high end" salon you would get treated accordingly. I understand if you are having a bad day, but don't bring your bad attitude to work and be rude to every guest that comes in looking for an appointment, etc. these girl seriously have an ego that needs to be addressed. I soon as I came in the girls energy was already hateful and rude, I walked out because one of the girsl was giving me attitude when I was simply asking to speak to her manager. I can't believe the manager allows this kind of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even if there haircut reviews were good I would never come here simply because I'm a manager myself and I make sure my employees treat there customers with respect and integrity. These girls have no integrity, they simply live off the hate they have towards people and enjoy it. You can see it and feel it as soon as you walk in. If your the first person the customers will see, make sure these girls get training in how to treat people accordingly.

::I have been waiting over 6 months to get my hair highlighted and have seen a different stylist every time I have been to this salon. I Went in with several pictures and told her what I wanted. She talked me out of a haircut, suggested I get a treatment instead. Fine. When I checked out the price was $240! For something I didn't ask for, no breakdown of anything on what I received. I contacted them by email, because I was going out of town the next day. Never heard back. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Save your money and find someone else. Completely disappointed.

::I have been going to Cecie O. to cut and style my hair for years now - Westend Hair Co. is extremely lucky to have her on their team! This time, I went for something drastic - my hair is naturally very dark, and I am trying to go blonde. I sat with Cecie for 8 hours over two different sessions and I am almost there! Her patience is astronomical, her professionalism is top bar.

::Amazing! So charismatic about their customers. They will even mail you a handwritten letter thanking you. The stylists are perfect and super nice. Prices are about what you would expect from a nice place like this but not bad at all!
