  Love this place. While I mainly train in their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, which has to be the best in Westchester, I have taken just about every class they have to offer. The training staff is tremendously experienced and dedicated to your ultimate goals. I find the environment to be very clean and the membership to be encouraging and welcoming. You have to try a class and see for yourself!!

  Do not join this gym if you are overweight and trying to get fit. You will be very uncomfortable. The "student responsibilities " that are given to you when starting state that 'this is a learning environment;anyone who interferes with any student's opportunity to learn will be removed from the class . Instead I had to leave after "gymtimidation" and taunting and bullying from advanced kick boxers , I had to leave the gym of my own accord not them, spoke with coach's and owner and got no resolution . Very disappointed!

  I've been attending WMMA Fit for almost four months. They changed my life. I've never enjoyed working out until I started going to classes there. The instructors are amazing, so helpful and nice. I've lost almost 10lbs! I highly recommend WMMA! They're the best!

  "I’ve been at MMA for a couple of weeks now and I’ve really enjoyed the intense workouts we’ve been doing, getting my kicks and punches down especially. And I’ve enjoyed learning some jujitsu and some moves that I think I’ll use later on." "My favorite thing about training is how he pushes you to do your best and really makes you want to be better at what he does." "My favorite thing is the striking classes with Sean. He’s a great teacher and I love learning. It’s a fun time." "We worked on abs the entire time. It was good." "My favorite thing about class is that the trainers are all so nice, the music’s great and they make you work really hard." "One of the things I love doing here is the muythai and the jujitsu. Great work out, great exercise, shows me everything, self-defense, especially when you're gonna do cage fighting. It’s a fun thing to do."
