  Westchester Fireplace is the best! They repaired my seven gas fireplaces to perfect working condition! The fireplaces had not worked since we built the house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

  Called and got someone named Darin and he was a bit rude. Customer service is horrible and would use any one else but them.

  Very professional company to deal with . I purchased 3 gas fireplaces from them and everything arrived in a timely order . The day of installation was great . They were on time and careful to not dirty anything . Showed me how to operate the fireplaces and overall very good experience. I would do business again with this company and highly recommend them

  Called 3 weeks before and spoke with 2 different people to make sure they could assist. Was told they could. Waited until after the holidays. I called to confirm the appointment the day before. I took half a day off work to wait 3 hours for a technician to show up who never showed up! I called and again and then was told that he probably could not service the fireplace after I had given model numbers over the phone! SO LAME after speaking with people several times and providing the information in many occasions. Simply the worse! On top of this after the NO SHOW he said well I could have just shown up and charged you 199.00 and then probably would not be able to repair it.

  Do not use this company. They do not honor their appointments. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks out. They told me they would be there at 9:30am. When I called the morning to confirm, they said they had "an important delivery" so they would be there later. When pushed, they said it was because they were delivering to someone first who was paying them more money than me. When I pushed back on them, they hung up on me. Avoid them at all costs. They are rude and unprofessional.
