  Very bad all staff spoke like the date of my visit was everybody's worst day The Dr.Katz Office charged me for my son's eye refraction exam which I didn't ask for. The receptionist stated that the exam costs $120 But they only charge patients only $25 Which is covered by my insurance . . . They threatened it will end up in collections. If I can rate zero stars I would They do not make or order glasses the doctor has nothing to do with this exam in my case. Very poor never going back again... receptionist Tried to be my friend when I told do not make a follow up appointment I will not be returning. I also told her you weren't my friend 2 minutes ago I don't know why your taking this personal. I just want more information regarding what you are charging me for. Medical staff in the rooms think everything is just so funny Don't waste you're time. 100 other places you can go too.
