  New owners than were previously at this location. Very happy with the new company. Efficient, good pricing, and did a nice job. The prior company that was here did very poor work (left wax in almost every nook and cranny of the exterior and didn't even wipe down the dash with a full detail) and took ages longer than they should have. Very pleased with the new owners and recommend those that came here before (more than 6 months ago) to come back and give the new management a chance.

  I am very disappointed in the job that was done to my interior. I took my vehicle in Saturday to get the interior detailed. On Friday, I vacuumed my own car to make it a little easier on the guys the next day. When I first arrived at the car wash it took 15 minutes for anyone to even say anything to me, even though there were 2 guys outside that could see me. I was really excited to get my car cleaned here because I had heard and read great reviews. When I came to pick up my car around 2:15, I peeked in the car and it looked fine. Once I paid and went to drive home, I started noticing that there was a bunch of leaves and residue stuck to the head liner of the roof in my vehicle. There was stuff all over the lights inside and dashboard. I took care of it myself but later that day I was driving my vehicle and noticed that the stains the had removed from the seats were back and they didn't even try to get half of them!!! My vehicle looked good for all of 4 hours until more and more mistakes were appearing before my eyes. I will not be returning to this place unfortunately unless they are willing to redo some of the areas that were messed up when I picked it up. I am very disappointed in this service.

  West Lynn has done an amazing job cleaning my car. Months of travel and river days made my car look beyond saving, but after one hour they had every interior surface free of dirt, dog hair and sand, and the exterior was so shiny and waxy it hardly looked like my car. They have scrupulous attention to detail, I couldn't have asked for a better job.

  I got my car washed at West Lynn Hand Wash a few weeks ago. They did a great job! All the staff was very friendly and had my car done within 45 minutes. They have great prices and take great care of your car! Go there for a car wash : )

  I always feel like I have been taken care of when I leave West Lynn hand wash. They never miss spots and the staff seems dramatically more detail orientated than the comp down the road. Some times they take a little longer than anticipated ,but that is due to them doing a better job and doing everything by hand.
