  I called to that office on Wednesday. The person who picked up the phone lets me wait for 10 MINUTES, and then hanged up the phone. When I called back nobody, nobody picked up the phone again. It was 5 minutes to 5pm. And the schedule in the internet said that you close at 5:30pm, and not at 5pm as the answer machine said. I consider whoever picked up the phone, a irresponsible, with no customer service at all, and no professional ethic. Please wash out for looseing customers.

  Unprofessional and rude staff members. I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and let them know my insurance allows two cleanings a year and that I had one a few months ago. The woman on the phone said it has to be every 6 months. I politely told her according to my plan it doesn't have to be 6 months apart. She rudely said well you can come but you will get a bill of 150 because the insurance will not pay. I hung up and called my insurance and called back to tell them they were incorrect. I was then told that I can't be serviced by them and to go elsewhere. Well guess what I wasn't planning on it after the first call I made. They have no regard for the customer and are very unprofessional.

  It was my first time going there. 2 oclock appt. Time arrived 1:45. Brought ny referral and xray for a root canal procedure. Waited in the waiting area until 4:05 totally unprofessional. Dentist walking back and fourth each time with cell phone at his ear. See a patient leaving out with what appeared to be a scar on his face which indeed was a burn that wasnt on his face when entering. Now im all the way skeptic. Once i was called in i was told my xrays are not clear and they have to be done over. Now im pissed. I walk out. Emblem 1199 needs to remove this doctor from their list. Unprofessional to the tenth power.

  All I can tell from my experience at this place is, I was so nervous and having a lot of pain. The staff and Dr were nice and very friendly. Make me feel like I was home. I had a fast treatment, Pain was gone and procedure was so professional. Great place to visit I recommend to anyone. Friendly and professional office!

  Excellent dental office. Implants, root canals, white fillings, invisalign, and more. :)
