  Great customer service over the phone and in person! I called to see if they had what I needed which they did. Went to pick it up the same day and was in and out in 5 minutes. Plus, the price was so much better than anywhere else I had found. Thanks for the friendly and fast service!

  Was here within 15 minutes of calling to get some keys cut for my business. Fast, very friendly, no problems with the keys.

  First, they ordered the wrong lock. Second, they needed to order (didn't have in stock) a common part for the new lock but never told me when it was in. When I went back to return the lock after a week of waiting for the part, they said they'd do it the next morning but still charged me. Third, the keys they made for the lock don't work and they cant figure out how to make correct keys from code. They want me to spend an hour bringing the original key in rather than just look at the key type in one of the same locksets they sell. I am now waiting another full day for them to find my work order and call me back. I don't know how other locksmiths are in Nashville. But, be warned about West End.

  This place is great. Very professional and nice, their shop is really cool looking. The guy behind the counter was polite and dedicated to helping me. I would recommend them.
