  Fire the whole staff... literally the worst Wendy's in existance.

  not sure if they were short staffed or what. they had a line of cars and customers inside the restaurant waited a long time for food. then when they did give you your order it was wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken sand wich they gave me fried chicken , it wasn't even worth giving it back. Wendy's is usually great should have ate next door at Chili's!

  There are surprisingly great salads and this store is tightly managed by a very dedicated customer service oriented manager.

  Customer service needs improvement. The fact that I was in line and the young lady (cashier) started fixing her money when it was a line of people was horrible and during my lunch break so I couldn't wait.
