::I ordered a single combo from this place today, $6.99 using my credit card. At the time I wondered why the girl kept my card so long, well within 2 hours I had an unauthorized charge come through on the same card from this place for $26.04 cents. I immediately locked my card and have ordered a new one. I drove back to speak with the manager, and explained to him what had happened. He refused to give me his superiors name and number, and was rude and disinterested. If you decide to go to this location I strongly advise using cash! Very unprofessional, and I will never go there again.

::Sat in the drive thru at 10pm at night for 10minutes waiting for someone to take my order, pulled around to see the staff goofing off and not working. This Wendy's states its open until 12pm, more like open until 9 and goof off while getting paid until midnight. What a joke.

::I have been to this Wendy's twice in a week and they were out of baked potatoes at 6:00 PM. The first night waited for my order for almost 15 minute. Tonight 3-2-18 I waited 17 minutes to place my order and if course they were out if baked potatoes. So I told them give me small fry instead. Ask the girl the store number and she didn't know but said it's on the receipt. Finally get this order 10 minutes later and fries are upside down in the bag. Of course no receipt in the bag. Wendy's needs to address their management at this store quick

::The employees are friendly, the food is fresh and hot. Never a long wait time at this location. The lobby and bathrooms have always been clean when I've stopped in.

::I hope someone at the corporate office is reading this. The Wendy’s on Alexandria Dr. is so fast. It took less than 4 minutes for about eight cars to get through the drive-thru! One of the fastest drive thrus I’ve ever been through!!
