::This place has the slowest people working here in history if wendys weather it be the front counter girl texting and doing nothing to the lady putting all the orders together by herself while having her head spinning in circles!!!! Horrible!!!!

::Went here Saturday 10/23 for lunch (12:30 pm) staff was really helpful. My nephew knocked over his fries and two of the staff behind the register happened to see and immediately brought over another! No one needed to ask, no kids needed to cry, on it!

::This used to be a good spot to order from. The past few times the staff treated the customers poorly, tonight there were 2 different door dash guys waiting for 20 minutes. A women with her 3 kids ordered small frostys only for them to be served to her 10 minutes later after she reminded the staff and when the female staff member returned she made it a point to slide the drinks on the counter with a poor attitude. To make matters worse the staff spoke poorly to her when she wanted to speak with a manager. This all happened around 7:30 pm so it wasn't a heavy rush incase you thought that might be the reason. It's too bad, it's a good location but they have issues.

::So normally, I would review if I am the one getting food but this time I must review this store because of the amount of wasted time accrued while doing a delivery for Uber Eats. I had 2 orders to pick up, one of which only consisted of 3 Frostys. Very Simple. Not only did they say I had to wait in line behind 8 drivers to begin my delivery but THEN once I got to the window, the staff says “ we don’t have the order “ saying she doesn’t have a specific name on the screen. I then call customer service and they ask them to fulfill the order even if they do not have it on screen. The girl says okay. I then show her the order and she says “ we don’t have any frosties “ and tries to act as if that’s what she said the whole time. Wendy’s should hire people with more social etiquette and knowledge. It completely ruins the customers experience when a restaurant comes off as completely incompetent. Tried to make this as short as possible but the wasted time was horrible for the customer.
