This convient store was never the greatest, however after Hurican Sandy, it turned in to everything horrible. The prices are unrealisically jacked up. They charge over $2 for a regual size candy bar, 1Lit. Brisk used to be .99 cents, now they charge you over $2.12. A gallon of milk is over $4. My sister sent me to get her cigarettes, for a pack of Newports almost $9! It's good thing I don't smoke. I understand it's a convience store, but anyone who has shopped at a variety of different convienent stores knows something is very wrong with these prices. They stopped carrying a lot of good stuff, like the Little Debbie Cake and Brownie snacks, and Hawain Fruit punch. Their selection of products is smaller than it used to be, like their icecream varieties and beverages. They don't order enough proctuct to last them half the week and they don't try to bring anything in once their out. Their very limited produce selection where the lemons, limes, and lettece is located is never fresh. I purchased two lemons here for my lemon water, and asked the guy who barely spoke English if they were fresh. He told me they were fresh. When I asked how fresh they were he told me "We just bring those in less than a week ago." When I got home and cut one in half it wasn't able to be put it any beverage- unless that is you are sucicidal. They don't check the bread on the shelves either. The shelves a filthy, overcrouded with dust, and rusted. They contantly leave expired products on the shelves hoping they'll sell. The Blimbie sub area they have is terrible. Their so skimpy on giving you anything to build the sandwhich you're being overcharged for. You're better off going to Francescos for great food. They aslo got rid of the Debit option. For people who don't want to wait 24-72 hours for their money to come out of their cheking account, it's not okay. The obvious forien employees here are unessesarily rude too. They have no communication skills or people skills. You literally have to beg for a bag for your stuff when they should ask if you need one. I'd tell anyone to take the trip to WaWa or Quick Chek before I'd even consider telling them to go to this Welsh Farms.
