They interview potential employees via a month long process in which the applicant doesn't hear from them for a week or more, then explain they want to bring the applicant on for a month without paying them to see if they can "earn" the job. That is the definition of free labor and it is ILLEGAL. They call it a "new way of hiring". Completely absurd. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
