::Ridiculously slow drive through line at 3:00 on a weekday. There were two lanes open with one car in each lane. After 10 minutes and no progress, I parked and went inside and the teller who helped me was very nice, but this branch has some major issues with efficiency. I popped out of work to make a quick deposit (not to inquire about a home mortgage) and the entire experience took 30 minutes. 30 minutes to deposit a check!!! Seriously??!?!
