  I usually use a different location and they have always been great, but today I visited this location. I'm pulled up at the drive through window and NO ONE is in the teller area I've been here for 15 minutes and no one is helping me, I sent my deposit through and no one is working here. Hellooooo where are all the tellers?!? This is so rude! I will never be using this location again!!

  Twice now, I've had a 5-star experience selling my used vehicles. Let me explain: because I bank here, I've always come here to meet with a banker to make sure the cash was correct from the buyers and so I could get a photocopy of my title after signing it over to the new owner. Twice now I've done this, and twice these bankers have been helpful, professional, and they're happy to help me in this way. It's one of many reasons I've stayed with WF for years now. Jose, promote Maykol - he is exceptional at customer service, and he has a phenomenal attitude!

  one of the employees were chatting with what appears to be friends, who are not even doing business. it's all personal laughing joking around. then one of the his co workers nodded his head at him in a shameful way after keeping us waiting for 30 min.. We took our business somewhere else. all for a simple copy for a direct deposit. reminds me of a little regret of getting a wells fargo account.
