  BEWARE!!!! Poor customer service, long wait times, only a couple tellers open when 10+ people are standing in line. To make up for the long wait times, an employee walks around offering customers water, the same thing an open cooler with a sign that says "free water" can accomplish. The employee's time would be better spent decreasing the number of customers waiting in line by assisting with transactions behind the counter, but this is wells Fargo and we are in Tucson, so of course their to stupid to think of that. Chase, us bank, any credit union or even money orders are a better alternative than having to deal with wells Fargo or this particular branch. BEWARE!!!!! P.S. Be sure to have them check for open accounts in your name that you are unaware of, this is wells Fargo speciality and why they are paying customers 142 million in restitution because of it.

  Such a huge contrast between reviews in this place between Google and yelp. I came in at 440pm on Wed and it was not busy there were 6 cashiers on the floor and 2 open ones and one not visible. As soon as the two open ones saw me they put up their see another teller sign. That made me as a customer feel horrible. Wasn't welcoming or courteous. The other teller from the back eventually saw me then helped me but the other two girls simply stood at their windows talking to each other and glaring at me. I don't know if their is a rotation policy or something where they take turns seeing customers but just standing at the window talking and putting up a I don't want to see you sign is incredibly rude. I'm not a faahionista but I do t think I looked that horrible khaki pants and a black Polo. Either way that was the worst service I've ever received at a Wells Fargo.

  Employees at this site will do whatever it takes to make sure you're well taken care of. Very helpful & resourceful.
