  So many people waiting at their desk to assist you! Went in to print out a statement... she got to know me asked if I’d like to update my address on my ID which I had been meaning to do. Then was out of there quick I got everything I needed and more. Walk in there’s Coffey high ceilings and smiling faces. Oh and there was a little old lady outside selling crochet things for Mother’s Day and they didn’t shoo her off ... that was nice of them

  We had banked with WF for years and always came to the Precinct/ Mid Cities location. Until I came through one day and realized I'd been shorted $100. Walked in and brought it to the manager's attention, who checked the cashier's drawer and told me it wasn't short. She told me it might show up later, and if so she'd let me know. Never apologized for the missing $, never told me when they'd re-check the drawers or what the protocol was.. just kind of was like "It's not there. Maybe it'll show up later" I was dumbfounded. After calling later in the day to try and get clarification as to how this would be handled, if security cameras would be reviewed, etc, the manager got incredibly rude with me. She was completely unprofessional. I could only assume she thought I was lying about the whole thing. At the end of the day, they found the $ and called me and returned the money. But the damage had been done. We'll never bank with WF again.
