  This Wells Fargo ATM is malfunction I went to withdraw 600 dollars and it didn't dispense my money and still charge my account

  appointment is required for setting app an account, they speak English and Spanish, face mask is not required, drive through available, plus car parking, the place is not crowded, thank you guys for helping me setting up my account, mucho mucho gracious.

  I went to this branch at 2pm to do an international wire and I was told it would hit the recipients account the same day or next. For some reason the wire was never approved by the branch manager and the only explanation was that it was past the cut off time? Doesn’t make sense. Sounds like someone drop the ball. Will never do business at this branch again.

  I open a business account and have some questions about a bussiness loan since September, so far no body have contact me, there is never a banker available, and today I came to open another business account wait with my kids and a man with but attitude tells me that they can’t help me, there is not communication in this bank. Really bad customer service over all .
