  TO LONG A STORY TO WRITE - HONESTLY, I REGRET HAVING A MORTGAGE WITH THIS BANK. THE BRANCH IS HORRIBLE, THE WORKERS ARE SLUGS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VIRTUALLY NON EXISTENT. TOTALLY DISGUSTED. THERE WASN'T AN OPTION, OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 10 NEGATIVE STARS.

  JV team here nobody is senior enough to be authorized to sign off on fairly basic services. Wells needs to step up their game and offer consistent service across their branches if they want to be a one stop shop. Not my bank.

  I lost my debit card and had to have it replaced. There was a tiny bit of a wait, but it wasn't anything crazy. While I'm not a huge fan of WF, I'm definitely a fan of Victor P.'s! He helped me get a replacement card quickly and was so, so pleasant from start to finish. Thanks Victor! :)
