::Originally opened at the branch in Free State Mall with Mr Wilhite, I believe his name is. Always professional treatment. Then covid and you closed that branch. First lobby interaction with this branch already noted as to bad service. I ordered foreign currency. Was told it would be in Friday. As usual. No one in lobby except 2 tellers when I went in on Friday. After standing in line I was told money hadn't been delivered. I tracked and the money was delivered on Friday. Went back today, Monday, stood in line and said money was in but no one there to authorize giving it to me, come back tomorrow. Will check before I go, my bad. But will be closing account. Had tried Crofton but lobby closed.

::I agree with the reviews. I walked in the bank with my father to open a new account. No one spoke to us...just looked. We waited for 10 minutes and I decided to go to TD bank. They had a greeter and everyone spoke, even the teller behind the plexi glass. It is unfortunate.

::Good luck trying to get someone at this branch to answer the phone! I tried numerous times and days. The drive through lane is soooooooo long. The drive through teller is rude and doesn’t even greet me. They make me feel like a criminal by sending my drivers license along with my deposit. I long for the old days where tellers knew your name when you walked in and greeted you and had a smile on their face instead of a judging frown!
