  Stay away from this place. Your identity is at risk, showed no sign of properly discarting copies of IDs, if you apply for a secured credit card they are not trained to properly process your app if you opt to not open a checkings account with them (useless option), NOTE: if you do not open an account with them they pass you along to other personal bankers and DO NOT cosider you a priority they will give you the run around to sort out your issues that their side created. Internally, the Wells Fargo has shown pure incompetence in training branches and in interpreting their systems on the whereabouts of your application. They deserve the federal lawsuits they got. STAY AWAY! Funny, how one of their employees said they were better than Capital One because their systems were archaic. Well, Archaic or not...I am sure I would of not had this run around waiting for my card that took 60 days to get approved because of your banch's incompetence. People, if this is how they are with a simple application, just imagine how much worse they are with car loans, school loans, and mortgages? Hell no...stay away! Run!

  Always friendly. Always fast. It's just really nice to see smiling faces that greet you authentically when you enter the bank. Plus the 100+ year old vault is really cool. It's a historic relic.
