  Just went through drive thru to get a withdrawal. Very unimpressed with Brittani's customer service and sarcasm. She needs to find a job she enjoys she can have a better attitude during her work shifts. I've been banking here for years with multiple direct deposits and never have I felt so bothered by someone's negativity. Super tacky for a Wells Fargo face and representative.

  English is their second language. So communication is a big problem. Everyone is very young and inexperienced as well.

  They're slow so i used to just use the atm. But watch out!! That back atm machine will throw your money into the parking lot!!! I would NOT put money in that thing. I don't use it anymore. I've had it spit my money back out after i thought it went thru. And i had to chase a woman down one day as she went to the front (cuz no one came out to her) with her money in my hand !! They told me they were having it fixed .... It was down for awhile. Then it malfunctioned on me again. They should just replace it. This bank needs an update

  If I could give this place a 0 I would. First, their safety security boxes lock up on Saturday, I received no phone call back concerning when they would be unlocked until Monday. Second, I called up the branch explaining my situation of it raining and being on my way, however once I got there under the "grace" period the managers had already left this leaving me with no way to take about the important items I needed.
