I just experienced worse customer service ever with bank teller (MIRIELLE). I have a business account with wellsfargo, and I been using Peachtree location bank for last ten years. Today, I was in a process of getting change bills and bank teller (MIRIELLE) made a mistake and gave me $60 less. However, she was never admitting about her mistake, so I had to get bank manager and police. Later we were able to find out it was bank teller (MIRIELLE) made a mistake, but I didn’t get any apologize from the teller, nor the manager. very unprofessional!!!

Loved this bank the Tellers in this bank are really friendly. Made me lighten up during a day filled with business. They were professional and very very sincere about helping me.

I have a business account and I was sent back in the regular long line because they closed the business line and it is 4:13pm. Other Wells Fargo locations never gave me this issue before. And I'm not the type to be petty, but there's a reason why there is a separate line available for business accounts.

Every single time I'm in this branch I'm waiting a minimum of 20 to 40 mins.. I find that to be absorb and completely inconvenient. The people in general have excellent customer service, they just need to seriously look into hiring more window teller's instead of "banker's".. Because as far as I can tell, they don't do to much of nothing but move the line
