::Whenever I go to this bank to deposit money, open accounts, get a security box...(you know things that bring them money); everyone is as sweet as candy. Extremely nice and polite. The few times I have tried to GET something from them copy of a check, mortgage rate on a loan, notary...they have ALWAYS told me "sorry can't help you". Now, my husband and I have had accounts with them for over a decade. Our credit scores range from 796 - 820. We have a decent amount of money in our accounts(s) yet they can only help when receiving more of our money? Examples - 1. Copy of a check. I told the person working there I needed more information from the depositor of my check as they claimed they never got it and there was only a stamp from what I could see online. They charged me $10 for a copy of EXACTLY what was online, 2. Asked if they could beat the mortgage rate we had - we were told that we would have to pay for an appraisal to which I said no problem as we had already had an appraisal and paid off more than 40% of the loan and she said "Oh our appraisal will be worse case scenario so it probably won't come out as high as the appraisal you got.".....?really? 3. I came in to get papers notarized - you know to verify my SIGNATURE. I was requesting copies of insurance policies I had on my relative and the woman refused because she was not sure I was the owner of the policies...? Verifying I am the owner is the insurance company's job, they just needed to know I was who I was claiming to be. I will admit on this last visit I got hot because what she said was so ridiculous. So I asked to speak to the manager and she pretty much just echoed what the first lady said. Probably since the notary ran back to the manager and spoke to her first before I did. So the worst part? After they both really ticked me off and I was visibly upset, I was shaking I was so mad. I said well thank goodness I am a valued customer thanks for not giving me yet another free service she responded ... "Thanks for coming in" ...!

::Have frequented this branch for over a year, and have always been satisfied. Helpful tellers, clean lobby, & friendly bankers. But today, the branch manager went above and beyond to help me with a request, and he proposed a solution I could not have asked for.

::I came in 10 minutes till closing and was not rushed and did not get the feeling that this bothered any of the employees. Made a deposit quickly and efficiently. Their was enough tellers working that I did not have any wait in line. The bank lobby is inviting and comfortable, and I was even offered a cold bottle of water. Excellent banking service at this Wells Fargo location.
