::A mortgage sales associate - Karen McLaughlin is very unprofessional and doesn't know what she is doing! She is rude, and was very impatient with my questions!!! Very stuck up - she makes you feel like she is too good to work there, and your questions are not valid. If she is too good, then why don't she quit, rather than be rude to customers. And why would Wells Fargo allow such employees to work there?! I won't be using Wells Fargo for my mortgage needs!!
