  I would give 1 star because of the long lines but their customer service makes me rethink that.

  Lines are always too long with employees that are there but won't open a teller window. There are eight teller windows and I've never seen more than two or three open no matter how long the line gets.

  I work not to far from this branch and went in on my lunch break to get a temporary debit card around 11:30 a.m. Left at 12:20 and still had not been assisted. The manager apologized but that is unacceptable. When I go to Wells Fargo at Town Center completely different experience and they have the nerve to close at 4 p.m. so since I was not serviced I could not even go back after work. HORRIBLE SERVICE !SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME to waste. This experience was not just a one day thing either. I left because a gentleman who came in after me said every time he needs to see a banker it is over an hour wait. Their corporate office should know about this.
