  Poor staffing, only two personal bankers. Had to wait more than hour to speak with a representative regarding a checking account, something I couldn't do online or over the phone.

  Why so you people give negatibe reviews because you have to wait to long or because managers and people are busy? How bout i come to your job and review you on a bad day. People get written up even let go for bad reviews! Why would you want to risk somebody's lively hood and job because you didnt get a reacharound while you were taking of YOUR money and YOUR livliehood. You are a bunch of selfish people. You know why it is busy? Its NYC in Harlem. Come on. You deal with hundreds, maybe a thousand of customers a day and than have to deal with BS reviews by people that are willingly putting other peoples jobs at risk because they are entitled. White privilege I see, almost all Negative reviews are from white people, and Im white and ashamed to be so in this case because you give white people a bad name. Just because Harlem is somewhat gentrified now, you are NOT entitled more than anybody else. Its the same so called adult white people and or hipsters that would move to a neighborhood in the Bronx that is "up and coning", and ride a unicycle through established gang territory like it has been there own personal playground for years, and than give the block a bad review because you get looks thar say "you are an A-Hole, who are you?" Just stop this negativity and entitled selfish people DESERVING of Unrealistic expectations of customer service and get a life, dont threaten a young single mothers job, or an elderly tellers job because they had to go back to work at 60-70 years old because the cost of living in this city is ridiculously high, and in order to survive, have to play the rat race game again because Social Security is nothing anymore and its damn near imposible to find a job with health benefits, etc. I hate this.

  Horrible experience every time I come here. Ridiculous wait times while having several employees lingering around. Doesn’t make sense.

  This is the worse bank ever you dealing with.not happy at all with wells Fargo especially the 117 street and Lenox avenue location .so unprofessional they never pick up the phone and satisfied the customers.i've called for an hour nobody answer the phone they let it ring they don't care.i will close all my accounts because of them.worse worse bank ever.
