  I was tired going into the bank before a trip. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a how are you? I said honesty tired, he cheerfully said he also was and asked how they could help. I would need to wait for a teller so he asked if I wanted tea, water, something. I asked for a bathroom which was immediately available and after he met me with green tea which I requested, and it said on the wrapper gluten free (important for me). Wow, the whole experience calmed me down, made me feel like I had energy to get through the rest of the day and shifted all overwhelm tears being held in my body to laughter and smiles. Not a fan of banks generally but I am going back to visit and say hi when I'm in the area again. My wait for a foreign transaction teller btw was short and a pleasant experience also.

  So, I needed to apply for a line of credit and my business coach suggested Wells Fargo. He introduced me to the business banker. He came to my office and I told him I wanted a line of credit. He then opened several accounts for me, I did NOT ask for these accounts to be opened. I thought, "well let's give them a try". Now listen, I do not like Wells Fargo, never have. Old stuff but not good stuff. I thought, move on and see what they can do for me. Longs story short they denied my line of credit and denied a credit card also. Deal breakers for me. So, I called the banker dude and told him to close all of those accounts he opened for me. I thought he did. Well, he did NOT!. Now the open account has been drained by good ol' wells and they have run it to the point of taking me to a collection agency. Yeah, my fault. I should have taken out the $18 bucks but truly I thought it was not going to be charged because he told me this. Now, I have worked hard over the past few years to fix my credit and it is pretty good at this point. It takes a while for it to get better and with one swift kick in the butt I am down again. Well, Thank You Wells Fargo. Your lovely policies for raping someone for 18 bucks is pretty low. And, at $30 bucks a month it added up fast. But here is the punch in the face for me, they never told me they were closing this account and sending it to collections. I am with Bank of America and they have treated me very well. My coach was wrong and I have told him this. DO NOT GO TO WELLS FARGO, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

  This is the only bank and Wells Fargo branch I will go to. They are so nice and helpful!
