  Daniela so called helped me. She is the one who assisted me in depositing a couple business checks. She said, you know you can deposit these checks through Wells Fargo mobile app right? I replied, yes, I’m aware, but decided to come in today. Additionally, I told her that my husband is old fashioned and like things to be done the old fashion way. She seemed as though she was disappointed. She was very rude! She didn’t even say thank you and have a good day! I left upset. When I left, I searched Wells Fargo and found the bank that I just left from. I spoke with Bonnie. Bonnie was the manager. She was as rude as Daniela was! She hung up on me. She didn’t event allow me to finish expressing my concerns. HOW RUDE! If I could give no stars, I would.

  This is my go to bank. Never had issues. Apparently they have changed the hours of their locations fairly recently. So if you work all day weekdays and can't make before 12pm that's on you. Hours on the door don't reflect hours online yet either .

  I walked in yesterday with a check to cash at closing time. I received superb customer service from teller Marilyn. She is a great attribute to the branch in Genesis shopping center square on Broadway in chula vista. Thank you for your awesome service Marylin.

  This is the only Wells Fargo Branch that has their Merchant Business Lane closed. I've never had this issue at any other Wells Fargo. The customer line is always backed up and not enough tellers on customer side. And no Teller available on the Merchant Business side. They are either short staffed all the time or do not want to open the Merchant Business Lane due to losing a Teller in the customer lanes. Should not take over 30mins to make a deposit . I will not come back here unless Upper Management fixes this issue. I would not recommend this location since it's on a busy main street, Broadway, and not enough Bank Tellers.

  There was emergency and had to withdraw money right away. The teller that assisted me was Irma, the whole experience was frustrating due to the fact she didn’t prove me the correct cash back. We had to wait for the manager to count her whole tilt. Thankfully, I was able to save the receipt for my records. This is the second time it happens. I’m not sure how Wells Fargo trains their fellow employees or if they need a refresher course to know how to count money correctly. I’ll be looking for a new bank soon.
