  First time opening an account with them yesterday. The gentleman who opened my account was Clifford Oliver. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that I'm used to the customer representatives at TD bank pulling out the chair as a form of welcoming etiquette. Cliff didn't do that. But it's all good.

  2 bank tellers. In the middle of Philadelphia PA city hall This is unacceptable. Avoids this branch at all cost. Kyle was helpful he was able to take pressure under stress. Raymond the manager on duty was hostile to me and very aggressive I also called Wells Fargo to make a complaint. This was because I asked him why were the line so long to which he replied to me it's not my fault.

  Been with Wells Fargo for years. This one can get busy but they solve your problems

  I would never ever deal with wells fargo again . I closed an account with wells fargo and when it came time for them to give me my cash, it was Like pulling teeth.... they proceeded to give me a cashiers check and when I went in the next day to cash it they told me that since I don't have an acct there, they couldn't cash it.....I didn't have enough funds in my new bank to cash it so I went back to explain my situation. They took my fingerprints , and after much litigation, finally handed over my cash. I will never deal with them again.
