James helped me with my small issue and was very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service like that is what gives amazing first impressions and will keep me coming back!

::Need to talk to a customer service rep about your finances? We haven't been able to get anyone to pickup the phone for three days straight. Need a good app for your banking? Their app is slow, outdated, and the most important menu items are out of the way and not user friendly. They might be a good bank for very basic needs for some people, but nearly any credit union will have at least slightly better customer service and quality of life options. Don't use this bank.

::James Crandall was very helpful. You can tell he is very passionate about his job. I appreciate all his help and his honesty!! This branch is very busy and should hire more bankers to help. Wells Fargo should really value employees like James during these busy, trying times.

::Our 45min wait has now turned into 90 minutes and we still have not been taken care of. The tellers are short handed, the personal bankers are short handed with personal bankers having to run to assist the tellers not much gets done! Seems to be an ongoing issue at this branch and is either reflective of management or corporate!

::Ok experience with Wells Fargo. The CEO needs to keep his mouth closed... However this locations speed of service is beyond ludicrous! 🤬 All lanes but 1 open on a Tuesday morning at 11am. 3 cars and still a 20 minute wait. WHY? Do better. It is the same experience Each and EVERY time...
