  Jose is the only one who seems to care. The old white female manager with white hair is a total (other word for female dog) She was so rude to me and did nothing to help. I really hate Wells Fargo I'm getting a new bank ASAP

  Came here as soon as I landed because I needed money. Left the bay area with twenty three dollars and that won't get you far in Vegas. Tellers are behind bullet proof windows with pleasant voice greeting each customer. Parking lot may seem sketchy, but day time was like any other banks. I said a withdrawal of $xxxx and manager has to come over and approve it. I like the service here, but counting larger amount of cash for over a span of three minutes gets rolling eyes. Just be careful of surrounding and how you handle your money.

  Would not allow me to pay my mortgage payment because they closed 3mins before I arrived and while they still had customers inside. Explained the bill is due on Sunday and they're closed Sunday's. All the person at the door would say was sorry can't help you. Well Wells Fargo, your customer service at this branch sucks! It's also the reason and a bigger motivator to move my mortgage to another lender, which I am in the final stages of doing. Zero stars of I could rate zero...
