::Its more about the employees then the bank itself at this branch including the manager . I have a business account and every time i went to make my deposits , this one teller would always give me a problem . when i complained to the manager , he did absolutely nothing to resolve or remediate my issues with this teller . I then went to another wells fargo in the next town and have never had a problem since not to mention I've now been doing business with them for 2 years . actually they are a pleasure to do business with and would recommend them highly . poor management equals loss of business because even though the clifton office is wonderful , its a bit inconvenient . TD bank here I come

::I came in to cash in my check like I do in the Livingston Location. Two forms of ID and a fingerprint, basic routine. Instead what I got in this location is misdirection that I was basically committing fraud because my ID names didn't completely match. Let you"supervisors" know they need to work on their wording. They didn't cash my check and had to drive to the next location who didn't give me this refusal. Why would two locations gladly accept my checks but this one be completely utterly useless. Two stars, one for the older woman trying to understand my situation, and the there for the Nutley location saving the day.

::Good bank, friendly people and quick waiting times. Parking is never a problem and the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. The only downside (and this is basically true at every wells fargo that you'll go into) is that they are always trying to push their overpriced credit card merchant processing service on me. It got to a point where I had to tell them sorry my business only takes checks and we have no intention of ever taking credit cards so they would stop asking.
