  I bank here and they dont have a public restroom. They say to go to Starbucks. Why would I want to bank at a place that does even let you use their restroom. The banker was trash too. Some dude with bleached hair. Trash service, trash place.

  You wouldn't think it would be hard to find a notary downtown would you? I stopped at the bank I personally bank with and have got documents notarized at other locations but they said they don't notarize anything at the downtown location because that's all they would be doing. So I went across the street to another bank who has a notary but she was off that day. Of course! just my luck. So I ran across the street again, Fingers crossed, That Wells Fargo could help me. I was help as soon as I walked in. I didn't have to wait and was provided the best customer service out of all the places I had been this morning. I don't even bank with Well Fargo but they still treated me like I was their #1 customer, even while providing me a free service. These guys deserve every star!

  Once again this is the main office, and its closed per website. People the main office, come on! What about those hard workers out there that need a bank open on their only banking day available to. Close on thursdays instead.
