  If you have a lot of time to wait your turn, then you can get decent service here. They are very understaffed, possibly because of covid or maybe that's just how they are staffed??

  I’m not very familiar with DC, and I didn’t bring my debit card but I had to withdraw some money. I went inside because the ATM outside wasn’t working, and the staff were very kind and helpful! I don’t exactly remember the name but Tay at the front was so helpful, and the banker (pretty woman with curly hair) was so kind and helped me with the best Uber pick up spot.
